polished off...

These are my top Essie picks for Fall 2012. From nudes to darks to metallic - these 8 have it all! I'll post later with some of these lacquers on, but for now...

Sand Tropez:
Although it's named after a sunny spot..this polish can easily transition into the fall and winter seasons. I wear it with a heavy cream knit sweater, or all black.
Topless & Barefoot:
Easily my favorite nude (ever) and as far as fair skin tones go - it's the perfect shade. I wear it with anything, anytime, anywhere. From church to the strip club, oh yeah. Although, I never go to either.
Yogaga:
A darker nude that makes a big statement. Layer thin neon stripes on top or paint your ring-finger black for a stunning look.

Good As Gold:
Finally- a good gold nail polish! If you aren't looking to spend $20+ on that OPI James Bond edition shit that apparently has 14K gold flakes in it - this is the next best alternative. I wear it with all black, animal print, faux fur, or denim! It's also the perfect color to compliment any of the other 7 - wear it on any single finger for a standout look. Or, just a gold middle finger.
As Gold As It Gets:
This polish surprised me - it looks amazing over "Good As Gold" and really makes the metallic shine. It also gives nudes and dark colors that little something extra! I can't wait to show you how it looks as a top coat!

No More Film:
The best color from Essie's Fall 2012 Collection. I can't even put my finger on the color, it's a dark blue purple that isn't shimmery - but bold. It really compliments pink and purple pastel colors.
Smokin' Haute:
A classic favorite - a purple/gray that goes from day to night seamlessly! Just like Topless & Barefoot, I would wear this anyplace, anytime.
